Reduce to the max
We have a unique strategy as far as our customers are concerned: we tell them that reduction is the best way to push the boundaries of what is technically possible. Our reasoning behind this is the unrelenting increase in complexity in the foodstuffs and beverages market, which has a direct effect on production. In economic terms, production is defined by three opposing forces: an ever expanding range of beverages and flavours means that there is a need both for an increasingly efficient product manufacturing process, as well as an increase in production quantities per unit of time. Miteco solutions have always focused on the critical issue of increasing product range and production volume while reducing costs. This is because Miteco was the first to recognise that the actual challenge was the enormous dynamism of the varying and individual markets, and was the first company to make this the benchmark for its technologies and plant concepts. Miteco has found its own technical solutions for overcoming the reality of today’s market, such as the radial jet mixer, the coaxial injector for introducing powders into liquids and the first techniques for continuous dissolving and blending of various media and ingredients.
